CAS

Hi everyone,

Thought I would try the new challenge blog today. I have made this card for the Less is More challenge which is to make a one layer card and it is one of the quickest cards I have made. Let me say I never have good results when photographing 'white'cards. It does look better than it portrays here.

I simply ran some Bazill cardstock through my Cuttlebug using the 'scrollwork' folder. Then I used Marvy Brushmarkers straight onto a Hero Arts "Wild Poppy" stamp and stamped..Finished.

See you next time

Tulips!

Hi everyone,

I had some new stamps from My Favourite Things and couldn't wait to try them. This is from the 'Who's that garden girl' set.

I am entering this card into 2 challenges:

Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes + the option of flowers
CCEE - Tools (this week is to use a punch)

The image is from My Favourite Things and coloured with my trusty Lyra aquacolours. The border is punched with a Martha Stewart border punch and the tulip was cut with Cricut, Freshly Picked cart. All the papers are from my stash.

Thanks for looking,

50 today

Hi everyone,

It's not me thats 50 (I wish). I made this card for a friend and it fits 2 challenges nicely.

Simon Says - Bingo (I used the gems, glitter, ribbon line)
Charisma cards - Magic numbers.

All the embellishments were cut with Cricut. I used the Accent Essentials for the flowers and leaf and George and Basic Shapes for the number. I have applied silver glitter to the 50. I dry embossed the leaf with Cuttlebug, Forest branches. All the papers and ribbon are from my stash.

Thanks for looking

Totally Papercrafts - Happy Birthday
Crazy Challenge - Buttons

Materials used are:
Image - My Favourite Things
Part paper pieced and part coloured with Lyra Aquacolours
